I am here to answer your questions and make this process as easy and comfortable as possible. A trained professional can often assist with getting through various difficult life phases, transitions, and struggles. I strive to create a trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients, as I believe that this relationship is a vital and critical component of therapy.

I see clients with a wide variety of difficulties including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, postpartum depression and adjustment difficulty, parenting challenges, transition and adjustment difficulties, and various other identity or phase of life struggles. We all can benefit from having the space to process our thoughts and focus on ourselves.
